JSI USA is seeking an experienced Federal Sales Representative to drive the adoption of JSI’s software solutions within federal agencies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record selling complex software to the federal government, with a strong preference for experience in lawful interception, investigative data fusion, or related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities within federal law enforcement and intelligence agencies.
Develop and manage relationships with key federal stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers.
Understand customer missions and requirements to position JSI’s solutions as mission-critical tools.
Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, RFP/RFI responses, contract negotiation, and closing.
Collaborate with JSI’s technical, product, and leadership teams to ensure customer success.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
Represent the Company, its philosophy and its products at a number of events and forums such as Trade Shows, Conferences and private meetings.
Plan, organize, register and attend Trade Shows and Conferences.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (technical degree preferred).
Eight (8) + years of successful software /solution sales experience in the federal space.
Demonstrated success selling technical solutions to federal law enforcement or intelligence agencies.
US Citizenship required.
Active Top-Secret security clearance required.
Strong understanding of federal procurement processes, budgets and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel as needed (up to 25%).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience selling lawful intercept, AI-enabled communications data analysis software, or investigative data fusion solutions.
Foreign language knowledge is a plus) Spanish, Arabic or French).
