Experience Required

• Proven experience in restaurant management or food service management roles with supervising responsibilities.
• Familiarity/experience in the golf industry.
• Strong background in inventory control, budgeting, and cost management within the food industry.
• Experience working in various settings including casual dining, catering or banquet environments is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to train & develop staff effectively while fostering teamwork.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations; certification in food handling is highly desirable.

Essential Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily food and beverage operations across casual dining, catering, bar, and quick service outlets.
• Oversee staff training, development, and performance management to foster a motivated and professional team.
• Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout all food handling areas.
• Handle cash management duties including POS (Point of Sale) system operations
• Coordinate shift management by scheduling staff efficiently to meet customer demand during peak hours.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff on food preparation, culinary standards, and quality control to deliver exceptional dishes consistently.
• Implement customer service protocols to ensure guests receive friendly, attentive service that exceeds expectations.
• Monitor budget adherence while maintaining high-quality food production and service standards.
• Conduct staff interviews, onboarding, training sessions on food safety practices, menu knowledge, and operational procedures.
