Responsibilities
- Provide attentive service to an existing client base, ensuring benefit programs meet evolving employer needs.
- Train and support new hires on day-to-day processes, sales strategies, and our customer service standards.
- Document and report field activities daily using our Salesforce-based CRM platform to maintain transparency and pipeline accuracy.
- Focus on nurturing client relationships and identifying opportunities for account growth and program enhancements.
- Lead or co-lead training sessions and contribute to ongoing leadership development efforts within the team.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-up on action items.
- Effectively prioritize responsibilities and delegate appropriate tasks to maintain productivity and balance.
- Engage proactively in community and networking events to build trust, generate leads, and represent our company mission.
