Job Summary:
AEG's Internship Program provides college students with practical experience in the sports and live entertainment industry. The Integrated Marketing Intern will support the development of strategic partnership materials for AEG Presents' festivals, venues, and live entertainment properties. Through project-based assignments, the intern will collaborate with a range of brands and properties while gaining insight into the development process from initial brief to completed partnership platform. With guidance and feedback from an experienced team, the intern will strengthen core competencies and produce portfolio-ready work relevant to careers in marketing, partnerships, entertainment, music, and experiential strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct audience, industry, and cultural research.
- Create and update sponsorship sales decks and recap presentations.
- Source relevant statistics, insights, and visual assets.
- Support partnership brainstorming and concept development.
- Maintain project trackers and team resources.
Qualifications:
- Passion for music and live entertainment
- Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite preferred
- Familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube)
- Desire to learn more about the sports and entertainment industry
- The AEG Internship Program requires a minimum commitment of 18 hours per week during the fall.

Pay Scale: $19.76
Bonus: This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
Benefits: Part-time: This position is not eligible for benefits.
