| Position Summary: | The Exam Proctoring Coordinator will help coordinate all aspects of testing services for those needing proctoring outside of normal class time. This would include students registered with disabilities as required by law and courtesy make-up exams for students who need to take exams due to University-approved absences. This position helps provides oversight and coordination of the proctoring services between faculty and staff across the colleges, LSS and ODS employees, Athletics, and students, providing a secure service to ensure academic integrity and student support. This is a full time, 9-month position that reports to the Senior Exam Proctoring Coordinator in Learning Support Services. Scheduling flexibility will be required during peak exam periods. Regular hours will be MWF 9:00 AM-5:00 PM and T/R 11:00 AM-7:00 PM to manage program operations. Why work at Villanova? Join a mission-driven organization.
