Primary Responsibilities
Operational Leadership and Business Development
Assume oversight of day-to-day operations. Execute of outlined targets and performance improvement initiatives. Ensure retention and development of existing staff members. Oversee accounts receivable and collections in coordination with the bookkeeper and billing staff. Maintain CHAP accreditation standards and AHCA compliance across both county licenses. Supervise administrative staff and coordinate with the Director of Nursing on care quality and staffing. Build and manage referral relationships with hospital discharge planners, elder law attorneys, professional guardians, geriatric care managers, LTCI brokers, and VA community care contacts. Represent Atlantic AllCare at community events, hospital outreach visits, and professional association meetings. Track all referral activity and pipeline in HubSpot.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of home care or home health management experience in Florida. Demonstrated experience building referral relationships with hospital social workers, discharge planners, or elder law networks. Familiar with AHCA licensing requirements and CHAP accreditation standards. Experience with WellSky or comparable home care software preferred. Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations, Veterans affairs and care network experience a plus, billing regulations Strong communicator who can represent the agency professionally in clinical and community settings. Self-directed, organized, and comfortable holding yourself and others accountable to measurable outcomes.
