Overview

The Producer, L1 is responsible for managing the execution of projects in a staff augmentation capacity, directly supporting client stakeholders. This role focuses on driving timelines, maintaining alignment across teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery of creative and marketing initiatives.

They play a critical role in keeping projects on track by coordinating across disciplines, anticipating risks, and ensuring smooth workflows from briefing through delivery. The Producer, L1 connects executional tasks to broader business and strategic goals, enabling efficient and scalable operations.

Responsibilities

Skills:

• Strong organizational + time management; can juggle multiple projects without losing details.
• Clear, confident communicator who can drive alignment across stakeholders without direct authority.
• Proactive problem-solver: anticipates issues and takes ownership of fixes.
• Detail-oriented but able to connect tasks back to goals and strategy (not just "task tracking").
• Comfortable in fast-moving, matrixed orgs with shifting priorities
• Hands-on experience with PM tools like: Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Jira, Workfront (any is fine-transferable)
• Familiarity with creative workflows and handoffs (brief -> concept -> feedback -> approvals -> production -> delivery).
• Comfortable working in Microsoft Office tools
• Experience working directly with clients

Qualifications

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree (Advertising, Graphic Design, or equivalent preferred) and training in creative software tools such as Adobe CC. or Technical Degree Certification in Computer (Similar field).
• 3 years of experience supporting digital projects involving current and merging front-end technologies (including online advertising [OLA] and websites), and experience managing technical or creative teams (preferably at a creative/digital agency).
• Proficient in understanding of creative production and technical processes to enable smart technology solutions.
• Experience managing the execution of HTML, email, online advertising, and other creatively driven technology projects.

GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS /KNOWLEDGE:

• Understanding of how dynamic creative (e.g. OLA, OLV, CRM, sites) are built.
• Collaboration, flexibility, and ability to operate effectively - even in ambiguous circumstances.
• Ability to accurately assess team/resource availability and match skill sets for projects.
• Skill in breaking down larger efforts into digestible tasks for other team members.
