The laboratory is dedicated solely to helping veterinarians precisely identify the allergens causing their patients' allergies and, when requested by the veterinarian, formulate the treatment allergy immunotherapy vaccines to desensitize them to the identified culprit allergens. Job Overview: The Customer Service and General Office with Data Entry position will complement a team of staff members that we consider as our front door to the veterinary clinics all over the United States, Canada, Mexico and 21 other countries worldwide that utilize our laboratory for their allergic patients. We do not have any walk-in clients. lnput of data into our database and answering the telephone lines are part of the daily functions that require strong communication and exceptional customer service skills. Preparation of invoices using our Enterprise Quickbooks and printing the test results for the clinics are part of the daily routine. Qualifications Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
