Your New RoleAs a Customer Service Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with enquiries, policy administration and claims-related support. Working within a fast-paced and highly regulated environment, you will provide exceptional service while helping customers navigate processes and resolve queries efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:

• Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
• Assisting customers through claims and policy processes
• Providing accurate information on products, coverage and procedures
• Updating and maintaining customer records and documentation
• Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to achieve positive customer outcomes
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and service excellence standards

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Previous customer service or contact centre experience
• Experience within insurance, travel insurance or another regulated industry will be highly regarded
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
• A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn
