Based in Perth CBD, you'll enjoy modern offices, approachable leadership and a culture that values recognition, learning and inclusion.Your New RoleAs a Customer Service Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with enquiries, policy administration and claims-related support. Working within a fast-paced and highly regulated environment, you will provide exceptional service while helping customers navigate processes and resolve queries efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
- Assisting customers through claims and policy processes
- Providing accurate information on products, coverage and procedures
- Updating and maintaining customer records and documentation
- Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to achieve positive customer outcomes
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and service excellence standards
- Previous customer service or contact centre experience
- Experience within insurance, travel insurance or another regulated industry will be highly regarded
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
- A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn
