Provides inbound customer support by handling high-volume calls, assisting clients with inquiries, and ensuring accurate documentation of customer interactions. Delivers professional and empathetic service while supporting daily operations in a fast-paced environment. Plays a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting service delivery within a medical-related setting.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls and provide timely assistance
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests
Accurately document customer interactions and information
Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a high-volume call environment
Provide clear and professional communication with customers
Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Support operational processes and service coordination
Utilize basic computer systems for tracking and documentation
Requirements
Minimum Requirements / Skills
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Experience in call center or inbound support environment preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good phone etiquette and problem-solving ability
Attention to detail and multitasking skills
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Medical office experience preferred
Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
