Community Nursing Services of North East is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Full-Time Clinical Supervisor. This leadership opportunity is ideal for an RN with strong clinical skills, home health experience, and a passion for mentoring healthcare professionals while delivering exceptional patient-centered care.
As our Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee the coordination and management of patient care for our home health and hospice programs throughout North East, Corry, and surrounding Erie County communities. You will provide clinical leadership, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices, supervise nursing staff, and collaborate closely with the Clinical Services Director to maintain the highest standards of care.

- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of patient care delivery.
- Supervise and support clinical staff providing home health and hospice services.
- Ensure patient care plans are implemented effectively and meet quality standards.
- Monitor compliance with state, federal, and agency regulations.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Services Director to improve patient outcomes.
- Provide clinical guidance, mentoring, and education to nursing staff.
- Ensure continuity of care across multiple disciplines.
- Travel throughout the agency's service area to support clinical operations.
- Promote compassionate, patient-focused care while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Required
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare management or supervisory experience, preferably in home health or home care.
- Current CPR certification.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to maintain professional nursing standards and ethical practice.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Previous experience in home health, hospice, or community healthcare leadership.
- Frequently use hands and fingers to operate equipment and documentation systems.
- Ability to stoop, kneel, bend, reach, stretch, and walk as required.
- Lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Travel between patient homes and agency locations in varying weather and lighting conditions.
- Successfully complete a post-offer physical examination, drug screening, tuberculosis test, and criminal background check.
