Description
Live & Learn empowers Arizona women by providing access to education, resources, and opportunities that foster financial independence, personal growth, and long-term stability. We are seeking a full-time Client Coordinator to guide, encourage, and coach clients.
The Client Coordinator provides case management services to Live & Learn clients, with responsibilities including:
- Coaching clients to clarify goals, take strengths-based action, and navigate barriers to success
- Maintaining long-term client relationships through monthly check-ins (in-person or virtual) and ongoing phone and email communication
- Partnering with clients to develop, update, and track monthly goals aligned with personal and program objectives
- Conducting client intake appointments to assess eligibility and develop initial plans
- Coordinating and processing financial support and client support items (e.g., Totes of Hope, gift cards, bus passes) per program guidelines
- Maintaining timely, accurate client documentation in Salesforce/Charity Tracker in compliance with legal, grant, and licensing standards
- Researching and recommending community resources that support client goals
- Representing Live & Learn at community tabling events and developing referral partnerships
- Participating in professional development, team wellness initiatives, and client workshops and event
This is a full-time (40 hours/week), exempt-salaried, hybrid position (in-office and remote) reporting to the Program Manager. Some work outside normal business hours is required at times. Benefits include health insurance, generous paid time off, and flexible scheduling.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field preferred; equivalent commensurate work experience will be considered
- Workforce development or post-secondary education case management experience
- Formal experience working with diverse, low-income populations
- Working or personal knowledge of schools, programs, and educational requirements
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Adobe, Salesforce, internet, and email
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Empathetic, non-judgmental approach with strong professional boundaries
- Passion for Live & Learn's mission of empowering women
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
