Job Summary

Primarily responsible for managing incoming charter requests from both wholesale and retail clients, providing tailored quotes, and coordinating all aspects of private charter trips. This role involves maintaining in-depth knowledge of industry trends and Cirrus Aviation’s services, cultivating new and existing client relationships, and ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the client experience.

Key Responsibilities

•           Assist and respond to all inbound calls, text, email and web inquires for clients requesting quotes or inquiries
•           Establish and maintain industry knowledge and competition. Obtain thorough knowledge of Cirrus Aviation products and services.
•           Maintain regular contact with current and prospective clients via phone and email
•           Meet and exceeding individual, team, and owner’s sales goals
•           Collaborate with other departments to exceed customer expectations and ensure proper communication internally and externally

Education & Experience

Skills & Competencies

•           Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•           Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast paced environment
•           Ability to handle and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
•           Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision, exercise independent judgement, discretion, and initiative
•           Proficient in macOS, iWork (Pages, Numbers, iCal)

Preferred Qualifications

•           Bachelor’s degree or previous aviation experience  
•           Basic understanding and application of aviation regulations FAR Part 91 & 135
•           Previous sales experience
•           Previous CRM, FL3XX, Avinode software experience

 Work Environment & Physical Requirements

•           Not a remote position - office based in Las Vegas, NV
•           Must be able to stand/sit for long periods
•           Must be flexible to work evenings and/or weekends as needed
