2026 Hiring Range: $41.90 to $46.68
2026 Pay Range: $41.90 to $49.88
*2026 Performance-based Pay Opportunity: Up to $55.87

The City of Brainerd is recruiting a Business Office Supervisor that will work within the Brainerd Public Utilities Department.
Qualifications for the position include:
Graduation with the minimum requirement of a two-year post-secondary degree in business, accounting, communications, or related field.
Three or more years of professional related experience.
Three or more years of supervisory experience working with employees and heavy public contact.
Equivalent combination of education and experience as determined by the Utilities Director.
Valid MN drivers license.
Notary Public Certification may be obtained within six months of hire.

The following are highly desirable qualifications when hiring:
Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a bachelors degree in business, communications, or related field is desirable.
