Dumina Golf America is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow our dealer, fitter, golf academy, and strategic partner network across the United States.

This role is ideal for someone with strong golf industry relationships, especially with club fitters, PGA Professionals, golf retailers, academies, and equipment partners.

The main mission is to open new business channels, build long-term industry relationships, and help Dumina become a recognized premium golf shaft brand.

Experience Required

• PGA Professional
• Club fitter
• Golf equipment sales representative
• Golf retail manager
• Academy or golf facility manager
• Former employee of Club Champion, True Spec, GolfTEC, Cool Clubs, or similar fitting business

Essential Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Develop new relationships with club fitters, golf shops, academies, and golf retailers.
• Open new dealer and wholesale accounts.
• Build and manage Dumina's national fitter network.
• Create sales opportunities through PGA Professionals, instructors, fitting studios, and golf facilities.
• Attend golf industry events, demo days, and trade shows.
• Manage partner communication and account follow-up.
• Track leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline.
• Work with marketing and product teams to support dealer growth.
• Collect market feedback from fitters, players, and industry partners.
