This position supports the Director on the day-to-day communication with high schools, retailers, and manufacturers. The Brand Development Coordinator assists with bringing in new school partners via prospecting, data management for retail mapping and Merch by Amazon, and administrative processes for maintaining licensing requirements.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Process newly submitted licensee applications - merchandise licensing program and NFHS AMP pro
Assists with annual royalty check fulfillment and distribution
Support team with creating presentations and social media graphics
Research school data to help identify potential new partners, including prospecting
Manages and oversees product placement and design approval for retail
Partners with Director to maintain licensee agreements
Develop new content and material for K12 Licensing Informer and K12 Connect
Partners with Director on outgoing sales efforts and development of sales campaigns
Examine new schools to cross sell with LIMGC Sister Companies (i.e. LIMGC Seating Solutions, SIDEARM Sports, and CLC Creative)
Minimum Qualifications:
0-2 years' experience in a licensing environment
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and presentation writing skills
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Work experience in Marketing, Project Management, Operations and/or Journalism/Writing preferred, but not required.
