Job SummaryThe purpose of the role is to m aximize new business/acquisition/referral opportunities and deepening existing customer relationships to the specified service standards for the Personal Clients segment
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed and consultative financial profiling sessions with clients to understand their specific financial needs and objectives, tailoring solutions accordingly.
- Strengthen customer relationships by offering timely market insights and analyses of local and international financial products to help clients make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with branch management and Personal Team Leaders to establish and execute monthly sales plans achieving new business acquisition and customer retention targets.
- Engage actively in marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract prospective clients and augment the bank's market presence.
- Source, approach and solicit potential individual clients through a variety of channels and networking efforts, leveraging internal referrals as well as external opportunities.
- Deliver professional and efficient after-sales service, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Execute anti-attrition strategies, focusing on client retention by anticipating and addressing customer needs proactively.
- Organise and present sales presentations to diverse groups, such as clubs, companies, and associations, crafting compelling value propositions.
- Ensure rigorous compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies by promptly reporting any suspicious activities in collaboration with the Transaction Monitoring Unit.
- Maintain strict adherence to all regulatory standards and internal controls established by the bank and relevant external authorities to safeguard operational integrity.
- Understand and contribute to the overarching business strategy of the Group, applying this knowledge practically to optimize performance and client outcomes.
Your ability to operate within a fast-paced and evolving financial environment, whilst upholding our bank's standards and values, will be critical. You will have the opportunity to influence branch performance and contribute to shaping client experiences that foster long-term loyalty and growth.
This position does not involve direct people leadership but requires exceptional interpersonal and collaborative skills to work effectively across teams and departments.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance or related field
- Having min 1 year of Client Acquisition & Account Managemen Experience
- Technical knowledge and expertise in consumer banking products (i.e. Treasury, Equities, Funds, Insurance, etc)
- Hold RNF and CFMAS certification
