Job Summary
Provides frontline customer service support in a branch setting by assisting customers with inquiries, processing orders, managing communications, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Supports daily operations by coordinating with internal teams and maintaining accurate customer records while delivering professional and empathetic service.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Answer and manage incoming calls, ensuring proper distribution and follow-up
Assist walk-in customers with inquiries and service requests
Accurately record and maintain customer information and documentation
Process and fulfill orders for delivery or pickup
Manage incoming and outgoing communications (calls, faxes, etc.)
Coordinate documentation and requirements with external stakeholders
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner
Maintain high-quality customer service standards and experience
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Stay updated on products, services, and procedures
