Role Overview:

• Client Service: Provide thoughtful education about clients' current coverage and supplemental benefit options to protect their financial health.
• Enrollment Objectives: Hit and exceed individual sales and productivity targets through consistent activity and follow-through.
• Virtual Consultations: Conduct remote, consultative meetings to evaluate coverage gaps and recommend tailored solutions.
• Recordkeeping: Keep accurate documentation, maintain pipeline hygiene, and complete required compliance steps.
