Want to oversee innovative legal strategies at the cutting edge of tribal law and water law? The NMOSE is seeking an Attorney Supervisor to manage the State’s legal work regarding the water rights of New Mexico’s 23 Pueblos, Tribes, and Nations. Based in the capital, you will guide a dedicated legal and technical team navigating complex, historic water rights settlements and adjudications. Candidates should have significant experience in water law and/or tribal law.
