Master-Works is seeking a dedicated AI Product Manager to spearhead the development and growth of our AI-powered product offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI technology and product management, with the ability to align technical possibilities with customer needs and business goals. This role involves coordinating across teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define and lead the strategy and roadmap for AI-driven products.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to develop features and improvements.
• Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements based on user feedback and business objectives.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Analyze product performance metrics and guide optimization efforts.
• Maintain clear communication among stakeholders and promote a user-focused product culture.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Business, or a related discipline.
• Experience managing AI or Machine Learning products.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies and their applications.
• Skilled in agile project management methodologies.
• Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Experience with user research and product usability testing is preferred.
• Knowledge of AI tools and programming languages is advantageous.
