AI Portfolio & Governance Project Coordinator

A leading global financial services organization is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator / AI Use Case Intake Manager to support its growing AI platform and transformation initiatives.

In this role, you will coordinate AI use case intake, governance activities, portfolio tracking, resource planning, vendor management, and stakeholder communications across business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage AI use case intake, onboarding, and lifecycle tracking.
• Coordinate governance reviews, approvals, and compliance activities.
• Maintain portfolio reporting, dashboards, and status updates.
• Support budgeting, resource planning, and vendor coordination.
• Facilitate communication across business, technology, and external partners.
• Organize governance meetings, action tracking, and executive reporting.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO, Portfolio Management, or Program Operations.
• Experience managing multiple initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with governance processes, budgeting, resource planning, or vendor management.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and technology organizations.

Preferred Experience

• AI, Data, Cloud, Digital Transformation, or Platform-related projects.
• Financial services or other highly regulated industries.
• Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, Power BI, or similar tools.
