Temp to perm administration role within a global organisation Your new companyOur client is a leading Australian organisation with a national footprint and a strong reputation within its sector. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a highly organised Administrator with leasing experience, to join their collaborative team.
This role would suit an experienced administrator with exposure to commercial leasing who enjoys working with documentation, financial administration, stakeholder coordination and maintaining accurate records. Previous experience working with leases and property-related documentation is essential.
Your new role
You will work closely with internal departments, landlords and property managers, providing administrative support across lease management, financial processing and reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate records across internal systems
- Managing documentation, correspondence and property databases
- Processing and reconciling rent, outgoings and landlord invoices
- Reviewing lease agreements to ensure charges align with contractual obligations
- Monitoring critical dates including renewals, rent reviews and option periods
- Investigating discrepancies
- Liaising with landlords, property managers and internal stakeholders regarding lease and property queries
- Assisting with reporting, budgeting support and financial administration
- Supporting compliance requirements and maintaining accurate audit trails
- Preparing reports for key stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in an administration, coordination or support role within a property, leasing or commercial environment- Exposure to lease administration and a solid understanding of commercial leasing terminology
- Experience processing invoices, reconciliations and maintaining accurate records
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Advanced organisational and time management abilities
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Strong communication skills and confidence in liaising with a variety of stakeholders
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
