The Mission Trails Regional Park (MTRP) Foundation is the nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting Mission Trails Regional Park, located in San Diego, California. Established in 1988, the MTRP Foundation works in partnership with the City of San Diego to preserve, protect, and enhance the park, and provide educational and recreational opportunities. At more than 8,000 acres, Mission Trails is one of the largest urban parks in the United States boasting 60+ miles of trails, five peaks, a campground, two lakes, and a stunning Visitor and Interpretive Center.
