Lighthouse Veterinary Personnel Services has been providing experienced, trained relief veterinarians to veterinary clinics in the Midwest for over 3 decades. We specialize in crafting job descriptions for each veterinarian that fits their life. We do all the heavy lifting - marketing, scheduling, billing, collections, etc. so that our relief veterinarians can do what they do best...be a great veterinarian, then go home and relax.

Company History

Lighthouse Veterinary Personnel Services started in central Ohio in 1988 as Ohio Veterinary Relief Service, providing relief veterinarians to clinics throughout Ohio. OVRS expanded into western Pennsylvania in the mid 1990's as Midwestern Veterinary Relief Service. We became Lighthouse Veterinary Personnel Service in 2003, and expanded into Indiana in 2015.
