    The Iowa Democratic Party is hiring Organizers for our 2026 coordinated campaign. Iowa is a key state to Democrats taking back power both in state and at the federal level with highly competitive elections at all levels. Organizers will report to an assigned Regional Organizing Director. This position is a full-time, election cycle position through November 15th 2026 and is unionized through Teamsters Local 238.
