Heritage Aviation is a 100% Employee-Owned Certified B-Corporation that provides fixed-base operations, aircraft maintenance and avionics at the Patrick Leahy Burlington International Airport. We provide team members and their families with financial wealth and security through employee ownership as shareholders of the company. By promoting an open-book management culture, we strive to create a community of employee-owners actively invested in our company’s growth and prosperity. Company History
Founded in 1994, Heritage Aviation provides maintenance, avionics, and fixed base operations (FBO) for aircraft using Burlington International Airport (BTV). It has had several owners over those years and was purchased by Robert Stiller in 2002. He sold the company to the employees in 2015. Rated the #1 FBO in New England, the company prides itself on being responsive to customers’ needs and providing an excellent, unmatched service experience. Heritage also prides itself on transparency and social responsibility, with the company becoming 100% employee owned in 2015 and a Vermont Benefit Corporation in 2018.
