Company History

The CAZA Collective was born from a shared passion for the Diamond, Gem & Jewelry industry and a deep commitment to connecting talent with opportunity. Our journey began years ago, with each of us building our careers in recruitment across diverse sectors. But it was our time at the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) that truly sparked our love for this industry. At GIA, we led Talent Acquisition efforts and experienced firsthand the unique challenges and incredible potential within the gem and jewelry world. As we worked to build strong teams, we realized there was a significant gap in specialized recruitment resources tailored to this field. In 2022, we joined forces to create the CAZA Collective. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a deep understanding of the industry, we knew we could fill this void. Inspired by the word ‘CAZA,’ meaning ‘hunt’ in Spanish, our name reflects our commitment to the relentless pursuit of top talent and creating lasting partnerships.
