The Osmosis Account Executive builds brand awareness and achieves sales objectives through the professional spa market within a predetermined geographic region.  Acts as a brand ambassador through the development and implementation of field sales, education, marketing, and event strategies.

THE ROLE 

1.    Meets and/or exceeds monthly, quarterly, and annual territory sales goals.

2.     Represents Osmosis with the highest level of professionalism.

3.     Develops and executes strategic and profitable sales plans with existing accounts to grow partnerships to full potential.

4.     Identifies and executes prospecting opportunities that lead to profitable growth.

 5.     Ensures all customer notes and contact information is accurately and thoroughly input into NetSuite CRM program on a timely basis.

6.     Stays current with all company policies, procedures, product knowledge, and treatment protocols.

7.     Trains new and existing customers on Osmosis products and treatment protocols.

8.     Develops and executes special events to drive incremental sales and brand loyalty.

9.     Attends sales meetings, trade shows, and industry events as necessary.

10.  Keeps abreast of competitive industry activity and cultivates recommendations to stay relevant and innovative in the market channels.

11.  Acts as the main point of contact with all existing accounts to provide all necessary account management needs, including company and product updates, policies and procedures, and sales promotions.

12.  Oversees the onboarding process for all new accounts, working collaboratively with internal departments to execute onboarding needs.

13.  Executes strategic sales programs designed to leverage opportunities and drive a substantial increase in annual sales revenue.

14.  Negotiates, manages and implements all contracts needed to finalize new partnerships.

15.  Coordinates all sales, marketing, and education support needed to achieve projected sales quotas of the territory.

16.  Provides regular updates to management on the progress and needs of existing and potential customers.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including highly developed presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to persuade and inspire customers in alignment with company objectives.
  • Strong ability to develop a high level of customer satisfaction and customer relations.
  • Highly organized and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates a competitive drive balanced with a team-oriented, positive attitude.
  • Ability to think creatively and objectively in terms of conflict analysis and resolution. 
  • Strong aptitude for product knowledge, brand messaging, sales, skincare, cosmetics, and wellness.
  • Proficiency in sales analysis and budget management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a closely related field and/or three or more years experience in an Account Executive role with a proven track record of sales growth and new account acquisition.
  • An aesthetician license is preferred.
  • Ability to travel overnight.
