We are on the hunt for an exceptional Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our brilliant in-house marketing team at our Grafton office.

About the role:
The role will suit an enthusiastic individual who is looking to grow their marketing skill set in a passionate and energetic team environment. We are looking for someone who will ensure that J. A. Russell Ltd is valuable and relevant to our customer base.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop, create, and deliver digital marketing strategies and content, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand presence across all communication channels
- Manage the communications calendar, and working closely with inhouse teams to create & deliver marketing campaigns
- Use data & analytics to generate insights to drive digital marketing decision making
- Manage digital platforms ensuring updates and content creation, scheduling, and performance reporting are completed on time
- Provide general support with customer campaigns, events, and exhibitions
What you will bring to J. A. Russell Ltd:
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong data and analytical expertise
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related discipline
- A good level of hands-on experience with a Marketing Communications platform would be preferred
