About the role:

The role will suit an enthusiastic individual who is looking to grow their marketing skill set in a passionate and energetic team environment. We are looking for someone who will ensure that J. A. Russell Ltd is valuable and relevant to our customer base.

Key responsibilities: 

• Develop, create, and deliver digital marketing strategies and content, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand presence across all communication channels 
• Manage the communications calendar, and working closely with inhouse teams to create & deliver marketing campaigns
• Use data & analytics to generate insights to drive digital marketing decision making 
• Manage digital platforms ensuring updates and content creation, scheduling, and performance reporting are completed on time
• Provide general support with customer campaigns, events, and exhibitions

What you will bring to J. A. Russell Ltd: 

• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong data and analytical expertise
• Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related discipline 
• A good level of hands-on experience with a Marketing Communications platform would be preferred
