We are looking for a dynamic Sales Professional to join our client's team and contribute to growth objectives. We require an experienced luxury sales professional with exceptional clienteling skills. The ideal candidate will be accountable for driving sales and delivering outstanding customer service, as well as cultivating new clientele while nurturing the existing customer base.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities:
Utilize previous experience in fine jewelry or luxury retail sales to drive sales and achieve targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized service and assistance in selecting the perfect piece of jewelry.
Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and an ability to convey the value and craftsmanship of our jewelry to customers.
Actively participate in ongoing education and training opportunities, including workshops, seminars, and self-study, to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. Take initiative in identifying opportunities to enhance sales and customer satisfaction, contributing to the overall success of the store.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum three years' experience in luxury retail or fine jewelry sales and/or high-performing sales roles.
Bachelor's degree a plus, but not required.
Preferred but not required:Applied Jewelry Professional (AJP) and/or Graduate Gemologist diploma from The Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and/or other relevant industry certifications.

Workdays Schedule:
Scheduled workdays will fall Tuesday through Saturday
Closed Sunday and Monday
COMPENSATION
Salary based on experience plus commission.
