NWIA Bone, Joint & Sports Surgeons, a Department of Spencer Hospital, Lakes Regional Healthcare & Buena Vista Regional Medical Center, seeks an Administrator to lead and direct the business, financial and operational management of the practice as well as interfacing with hospital  administrative leadership to assure positive and productive relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

        Oversee all systems of the office, including analysis, solutions definition, implementation and ongoing evaluation

        Manage provider recruitment, staff hiring, disciplinary matters, orientation and training

        Support the objectives of the physicians as a group and individually

        Conduct monthly physician meetings and work with individual physicians to analyze practices

        Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies, including OSHA, HIPAA, etc.

        Manage and perform accounts payable, payroll, retirement plans and other financial requirements

        Design and implement a marketing plan for the organization

        Achieve operational efficiency and financial performance goals

        Implement strategies to improve financial performance and patient care

        Lead and support the growth and development of the practice

Requirements

Requirements for Position:

        Minimum of college degree combined with at least three years of medical practice management experience

        Knowledge of applicable federal, state and local regulations pertaining to medical providers and medical corporations as well as business operations

        Strong computer and technology skills

        High degree of initiative and discretion, detail oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills

        Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently, motivate and educate

        Ability to multi-task at a high level

        Ability for occasional evening and weekend work
