The Developmental District Sales Manager (DDSM) role includes, but is not limited to: cross-functional training among Inside & Outside Sales, Production, Quality, Shipping, and Finance departments at multiple product groups within Nucor. This training will prepare the DDSM for a District Sales Manager (DSM) role, which, following successful completion of the program and the recommendation of the Sales Manager, would require relocation to the sales territory. A DSM will be responsible for developing and maintaining a profitable volume of sales within the assigned sales territory. The role will require travel and face-to-face interaction with customers. This position is designed to require approximately twelve months for completion, but can be modified depending on the candidate’s experience, progress, changes to the program, and/or resource needs within Nucor.
Please note: DDSM training locations are located across the United States in the following states: Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, Arkansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and Utah. Must be willing to initially relocate to any of the training locations based on business need.

Four Year Bachelor degree in Business, Sales, Economics, Finance, or related field or prior Nucor internship experience
