Description

Ghostworks Marine is seeking a full time Production Process Coordinator at its facility at 475 Howard Avenue,
Holland, MI 49424 to assist with operational processes supporting the manufacture of composite marine products,
including coordinating and documenting training activities; supporting Bill of Materials (BOM) updates; assisting with
inventory processes; estimating project costs; identifying process inefficiencies; maintaining documentation and
work instructions; supporting ISO compliance; and collaborating with engineering, production, finance, and quality
teams.   Salary not below prevailing wage, and dependent upon experience. 

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management,
Business Administration, or related field, plus 24 months of experience in production coordination, manufacturing
operations support, inventory or BOM administration, cost estimating, or workflow coordination; OR an Associate's
degree (or foreign equivalent) in a related field plus 36 months of experience in production coordination,
manufacturing operations support, inventory or BOM administration, cost estimating, or workflow coordination.
