Are you an experienced civil engineer ready to lead a talented multi-disciplinary team and make a lasting impact on the community you serve? The City of Bunbury is seeking a driven and technically accomplished Coordinator Engineering Design to take ownership of the engineering design function within our Infrastructure Directorate.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role where your expertise will directly influence the quality and future of Bunbury's civil infrastructure, from concept through to construction-ready delivery.

We are looking for a seasoned civil engineering professional with a proven track record in designing Australian road and drainage projects in AutoCAD Civil 3D, who combines deep technical knowledge with strong leadership capability.
You'll thrive in a collaborative environment, can manage competing priorities with confidence, and are ready to share your expertise to bring out the best in the people around you.
Conditions of employment are in accordance with the City of Bunbury Employee's 2024 Enterprise Agreement with Level 8 or Level 9 salary of $121,658 or $133,002 gross per annum depending on qualifications and experience.
