Actively prospect and acquire new customers (academic, clinical, and industrial research labs) across North America to achieve individual sales quotas;
Conduct direct sales calls, product demonstrations, and on-site visits to close deals with end users;
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, track leads, and forecast monthly/quarterly sales performance;
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business;
Coordinate with internal technical teams to prepare quotations, respond to RFPs, and address customer objections during the purchasing process.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS :
Educational background in analytical chemistry, science, analytical instruments, or related elds;
Master’s degree or above is preferred;
Experience in mass spectrometry market promotion and sales targeting North American research users;
Candidates with basic mass spectrometry instrument operation and application demonstra-tion skills are preferred;
Excellent business communication skills; preference given to those with 5+ years of work experience in the United States;
