Now Hiring: HR Coordinator and Bilingual HR Coordinator – Distribution Center

Are you fluent in both English and Spanish and passionate about supporting team members? BJ’s is looking for a Sr. HR Coordinator and a bilingual HR Coordinator to join our Distribution Center team! This role plays a key part in onboarding, payroll, and team member engagement ensuring every team member feels welcomed, informed, and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead new hire orientations in English and/or Spanish
• Support 30/60/90 day check-ins and onboarding experience
• Maintain badge access and team member documentation
• Ensure GOLD standard execution across team member spaces and programs
• Process weekly payroll and ensure compliance
• Serve as liaison between DC and CSC payroll teams
• Maintain communication boards and legal postings in both languages
• Assist with temporary-to-permanent conversions and team member engagement

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in supply chain or warehouse
• Strong communication skills: bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Familiarity with HR and payroll systems
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
• Flexibility for weekends, holidays, and overtime
• Comfortable wearing PPE and lifting up to 25 lbs occasionally
