Skills in Volunteer Training and Volunteer Management to effectively recruit, train, and oversee a diverse group of volunteers.
Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to build relationships with volunteers, patients, families, and community organizations.
Experience or capability in Community Outreach to promote and advocate for hospice volunteer programs.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively coordinate multiple volunteer schedules and activities.
Commitment to compassionate care and cultural sensitivity is essential for supporting individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.
Prior experience in hospice, healthcare, or a similar environment is a plus.
