We are seeking a Digital Marketing Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for gathering and disseminating information, promoting the New Jersey Society of Health System Pharmacy (NJSHP) through a variety of digital platforms and website. Ensure efficient operations of NJSHP, analyze key market information, as well as identifying areas of improvement to increase association membership satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Maximize use of digital technology, website and social media platforms
Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns to promote value of membership
Compile information and data into reports and graphs for the Board
Provide administrative support for the Board, organization councils and membership
Help coordinate professional development and networking virtual and in-person events
Manage organizations contracts, generate invoices, collect fees and process invoices for payment
Timely communication via digital technology platforms and website
Attend and support in-person events
Requirements
Previous experience in digital technology, website management, social media platforms and marketing
Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative data collection and reporting
Strong communication and organizational skills
Creative with critical thinking skills
Ability to work collaboratively and in teams
Demonstrate ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Remote work environment with expectation to be available by phone and email
