Position Summary:
Cypress Creek Pest Control is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to provide vital administrative and operational support to our Sales Department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales documentation, coordinating client communications, and supporting the Sales team to ensure smooth operations and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring the Sales team can focus on building relationships and closing deals while maintaining accurate records, timely reporting, and excellent client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Operational Support
Process contracts, new customer worksheets, and service requests accurately and efficiently.
Prepare proposals, account maps, and other documentation using CRM/CMS/IMS systems.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and account updates.
Support the Sales team with scheduling, reporting, and coordinating internal resources.
Contact existing customers to verify scope of work, customer satisfaction, outstanding invoice and correct billing information
Client & Team Communication
Act as a primary liaison between the Sales team, internal departments, and clients.
Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding services, billing, and account details.
Communicate client feedback, service updates, and account-related information to the Sales Team.
Assist in resolving client issues by coordinating with internal teams to provide timely solutions.
Sales Support & Compliance
Ensure all sales processes and documentation adhere to company standards.
Monitor production activities for assigned accounts and ensure accurate delivery of service completion reports.
Support special projects or initiatives as directed by Sales leadership
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
1–2 years of experience in sales support, sales administration, or office administration.
Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Experience with CRM or sales management systems preferred.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Professional demeanor with the ability to interact with internal and external customers at all levels.
