We are seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented Supervisor of Instrumentation. This position will provide tactical leadership and guidance to Instrumentation Technicians that install, maintain, troubleshoot, calibrate and repair or replace a wide variety of industrial control system equipment associated with water and wastewater treatment facilities.
Requirements
Requirements: Minimum three years of supervisory experience in an industrial environment with a focus on electronic and electrical systems. Direct, specialized vocational training or college-level coursework in electronics and four years’ experience with instrumentation and electronic systems; preferably in water distribution and sewer utility operations. Experience with process control sensors (flow, level, pressure, analysis, etc.) Experience with computer-based maintenance management systems, Allen-Bradley PLC’s, VFD’s, and UPS also desired. Certification as an ISA Control Systems Technician Level III, Licensed Master Electrician, or the ability to obtain either within 12 months. Ability to work “on–call” status and/or overtime as needed.
