We're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own and optimize the end-to-end customer journey. You'll define how prospects and customers experience Medbridge and build programs that drive engagement, product adoption, retention, and growth.
This role is both strategic and hands-on. You'll partner cross-functionally to turn business priorities into effective lifecycle programs across email, in-product messaging, SMS, and push.

In this role, you will:
Own the Customer Journey: Manage and strengthen lifecycle touchpoints from prospect through expansion, defining key moments that drive activation, adoption, and retention.
Develop Lifecycle Strategy: create segmentation frameworks and behavior-based programs that improve engagement and lifetime value.
Execute & Optimize Campaigns: Plan, build, and optimize automated campaigns across email, in-app, SMS, and push to support product initiatives and feature launches.
Leverage Data to Drive Decisions: Monitor performance, analyze user behavior, and use insights to improve targeting, messaging, and overall program effectiveness.
Scale Through Automation & AI: Use automation and AI tools to improve workflows, reporting, and campaign development.
Partner Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Account Management to align lifecycle programs with company goals and priorities.
Improve Signal & Reduce Noise:Continuously refine communications to ensure relevance, clarity, and value across all touchpoints.
Requirements:
46+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing, ideally in a SaaS or subscription business.
Strong experience building and optimizing multi-channel lifecycle programs.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), and in-product messaging tools (e.g., Pendo).
Comfortable working with lifecycle metrics and using data tools (e.g., Tableau, PostHog) to measure and improve performance.
Experience using AI tools to support process improvement, campaign creation, personalization, or testing.
Strong communication and project management skills with experience working across teams.
Nice to Have:
Experience in healthcare or healthcare technology
Fluent in marketing or revenue operations, including data structures and integrations

Salary Range: $115,000$125,000
At Medbridge, salary ranges are assigned to a job based on 3rd party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within this range is informed by the candidate's skills, capabilities and experience.
