The Diagnostic Imaging Product Marketing Director - North America will lead a team of Regional Product Marketing Managers and drive high-impact market activation across the region. This role translates global product and portfolio strategy into compelling, locally relevant marketing programs that accelerate demand and commercial growth.
Reporting to the Global Head of Precision Diagnosis Marketing, you will partner closely with product management, sales, global marketing, and clinical stakeholders to deliver consistent, engaging product stories tailored to modality and segment needs across North America.
Your role:
Regional Product Marketing Strategy & Leadership: You will define and lead the North America regional product marketing strategy in alignment with global direction and regional business priorities. Coach and develop a team of Regional Product Marketing Managers, setting clear expectations, priorities, and ways of working to ensure focus, consistency, and impact across the region.
Portfolio-Level Activation, Budget & Prioritization: You will own portfolio-level prioritization and trade-offs for regional product marketing activation, including responsibility for regional product marketing budget management. Allocate resources across initiatives, modalities, and teams to ensure investments are aligned with strategic priorities and deliver measurable value.
Global Content Partnership & Regional Activation: You will partner with global marketing teams to represent North America needs early in content planning and creation. Oversee the activation, prioritization, and performance of global content across the region, ensuring minimal localization, strong reuse, and consistent execution.
Campaigns, Demand, Enablement & Event Leadership: You will provide leadership and direction for regional campaigns, demand and lead generation initiatives, training and enablement support, and prioritization of major industry events and trade shows (e.g., RSNA). Ensure event participation, campaigns, and training efforts are aligned to regional objectives, resourced appropriately, and executed with clear success criteria.
Performance Management & Cross-Functional Leadership: you will establish clear KPIs and operating rhythms to track product marketing performance across the region, including demand contribution, engagement, readiness, and return on investment. Partner closely with Regional Product Management, sales, clinical, digital, and global marketing leaders to review performance, address gaps, and continuously improve execution.
You're the right fit if:
8+ years of experience in product marketing or commercial roles within Medical Technology, Healthcare, Marketing Technology, or similar industries.
Proven expertise in strategic product marketing leadership, translating portfolio strategy into regional market impact.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Product Management, or a related field.
Strong ability to collaborate across global and regional teams, activating content and ensuring consistent execution.
Experience leading campaigns, demand generation, sales enablement, and major industry events.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in WA/MA is $183,120.00 to $292,992.00
The pay range for this position in IL is $171,675.00 to $274,680.00
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
