THE POSITION

Library & Information Technology Services at Bryn Mawr College is looking for a Technology Purchasing Coordinator to join our Client Engagement and Planning (CEP) team. This is a key role that would work with the larger team to facilitate all manner of technology purchasing. The position requires a high level of communication skill, attention to detail, ability to successfully interact with outside vendors and internal college stakeholders, and meeting deadlines in a timely fashion. The CEP team is responsible for maintaining, procuring, and supporting a wide array of evolving business and academic technologies. A successful candidate in this role will be able to demonstrate comfort with adapting to this ever changing landscape. The technology purchasing role is one that will contribute fully to the CEP team's responsibility to empower Bryn Mawr community members to meet their academic, business, and institutional goals.

The CEP team is a group of professionals that work at the intersection of technology and its users, providing access to a wide variety of essential tools and resources. The members of our team have a broad mix of experience levels, and we’re building an environment that celebrates knowledge sharing and mentorship; our team is dedicated to supporting each other and new members.
