Monocacy Start Center is seeking a talented and passionate BCBA to join our team of like-minded individuals in providing home- and center-based services to children and teens with Autism Spectrum and related disorders. Our primary center-based program reduces driving demands. Coordination of coverage by the BCBA team and the use of technology combine to provide maximal flexibility in scheduling.
This position includes productivity pay in addition to the employee's base salary. It also includes the following benefits: medical and vision insurance, paid holidays, sick leave, and accrued leave, retirement plan with employer contribution, and up to $500 yearly continuing education stipend.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
40-hour work week with a minimum average of 27 billable hours per week
Develop and oversee individualized home & community ABA programs
Provide caregiver training
Supervising and training Registered Behavior Technicians
Collaborate with clients’ interdisciplinary providers (e.g., schools, SLPs, OT’s)
Requirements:
Applicants must have a BCBA certification and have or be eligible to obtain a license as a Behavior Analyst in Maryland
Must have experience in developing and implementing center and home-based ABA programs and supervision of Behavior Technicians or RBTs
