The Sports Coordinator plays a direct role in shaping youth and adult sports experiences in our community - from first t-ball games to recreational adult leagues. You’ll build programs, lead staff, manage game and practice schedules, and create environments where athletes, families, and teams thrive.
If you’re a college graduate or young professional who wants hands-on management sports experience, event leadership, staff supervision, and community visibility early in your career, this position delivers.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Parks & Recreation, Sports Management, or related field.
0–3 years of related experience (internships and graduate assistantships count). We value leadership potential, initiatives, and cultural fit as much as years of experience/education.
Valid Kansas Driver’s License (Class C).
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in active environments.
Technical Skills:
Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Familiarity with scheduling or recreation software preferred.
Ability to track budgets and manage program data.
Comfort using technology to communicate clearly with staff and participants.
