Our type of clients truly appreicate the professional service we provide and truly appreciate having the appropriate coverage to protect their assets.  Our new ideal clients are also extremely impressed by "Our Approach" in order to become a new client of ours, as we do not provide phone quotes.

Our Approach is outlined here:  https://www.davidshaffer.com/our-approach.   I have developed a unique six-step process that allows us to truly understand before we crunch the numbers, what our ideal client's risk profile and current assets look like, what coverage is important to them, to understand how their current coverage in place reflects their insurance protection goals, who want to know if there are current protection gaps in their coverage, and how we can improve upon their existing coverage and if possible, lower the premiums they pay for the coverage needed.

Our work environment is professional yet we have fun working together as a team.  Our rentention level is about 98% due to the great client service we provide once we add a new client.  We get new business referrals from existing clients and from a local Financial Planning Association that I have been active in called the FPA of the East Bay, http://fpaeb.org/.  The CFP's who refer business to us have a very professional staff who want to know that we also have a highly qualified professional and personable Protection Team that will help add value to their financial planning practice.
