Role Overview
As an Account Manager at Introworks, you’ll be the day-to-day support lead for assigned agency clients. You’ll manage relationships, oversee project flow, and ensure we’re delivering excellent work on time and on budget. You’ll work closely with internal teams across strategy, creative to keep priorities aligned and clients confident.
This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, calm under pressure, client-savvy, and energized by building long-term partnerships.
Hybrid: In office days are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What You’ll Do
Drive successful campaign and project execution
Prepare for weekly status calls including meeting agendas, follow-ups, and next steps
Translate client feedback into clear internal direction and actionable tasks
Manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals across multiple workstreams
Partner with creative, strategy, and media teams to bring campaigns to life
Maintain momentum across production schedules, revisions, and launches
Ensure deliverables align with client goals, brand standards, and performance expectations
Manage scope, budgets, and profitability
Track scope of work and identify risks to timeline or budget early
Support resourcing needs and communicate tradeoffs proactively
Social media content development and management
Develop social media posts for assigned clients
Manage content calendar and schedule posts on LinkedIn and X
Support Introworks Marketing Initiatives
Assist with coordinating quarterly newsletter content
Manage and pull customer lists for yearly survey from Introworks CRM (SharpSpring)
Support social media content development
Requirements
Required qualifications
2-5 years of experience in account management or client services at an agency (advertising, marketing, creative, digital)
Strong project management skills with experience handling multiple clients at once
Excellent written and verbal communication (client-ready)
Exceptional proofing skills
Understanding of creative production workflows (briefs, concepts, revisions, approvals)
Ability to manage expectations, deadlines, and feedback cycles with confidence
Comfort working cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and media teams
Preferred qualifications
Med Tech Marketing experience
Familiarity with project tools like Monday.com and Asana
