**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a bi-lingual (English/Spanish) skilled Operations Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing & distribution operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring production meets quality and efficiency standards while maintaining a safe work environment.

**Duties:**

- Supervise and coordinate production team activities to meet production goals

- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards

- Train, mentor, and evaluate plant staff

- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures

- Collaborate with management to develop production schedules and optimize workflows

- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments

- Experience in warehouse operations and materials handling

- Knowledge of quality inspection processes

- Familiarity with plastics extrusion techniques

- Competence in operating forklifts and other equipment

- Strong mathematical skills for basic calculations

- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting machinery issues

Requirements

Coordinate production scheduling, cost control, and effective employee relations.

Ensures production goals are met and quality standards are maintained.

Establishes and modifies daily work schedules considering manufacturing needs.

Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free.

Oversee production employees.

Trains and develops direct reports to achieve their maximum potential to retain a motivated and productive workforce.

Conduct progressive discipline with employees as required.

Evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime.

Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations.

Developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality.

Bilingual (English & Spanish) highly preferred.

Other duties as assigned.
