Your new role

• Build and manage strong relationships with key wholesale distributors, including broker-dealers, trust banks, and mega-banks
• Promote both existing and new mutual fund products through tailored presentations and strategic engagement
• Coordinate with internal teams and global offices to meet client needs and drive business growth
• Execute marketing strategies for regional banks and non-core clients to expand market reach

What you'll need to succeed

• 7+ years of sales experience in asset management or a related field, with strong distributor connections
• Deep knowledge of investment products across equities, fixed income, and FX
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
• Business-level Japanese and working English communication skills
